Well hey there! I'm Lilabounce, a teenager from the UK, who joined this server... Today! (And by joined, I mean I logged on for like 10 minutes to have a look around xD)
 
I found this place whilst looking for a new server to play on, and I'm quite impressed!
As I said, I was only on for about 10 minutes, and though there were very few people online, I still had some people welcome me to the server! (Which is more than I can say for most servers )
 
I'm hoping to become quite active on this server, as I may have finally found the right server for me!
 
I'll probably hop back online again later, and I hope to see some more friendly faces!
 
A bit about me now, I guess:
 
I LOVE video games! (I'm mainly a pc gamer, but I do play on console as well)
I pretty much live on the internet, as I've been off school for a while with various illnesses. (Before anyone comments on this: No, I'm not going to die or anything, I'm just not a particularly well person :/)
My favourite genres for anything are fantasy and sci-fi.
Oh yeah! And since I haven't mentioned it yet, I'm a girl

So with huge huge thanks to Husker and Nick, I now have my own account!! So now nobody needs to ask "Which one is it?" And Zach no longer needs to check the time to see who it is! 
 
Both myself and Marc have talked about getting separate accounts since he decided to concentrate on survival, whereas I prefer Skyblock. We will still work together on the island... but that is my baby!!
 
For anyone that doesn't know, I'm Clare, I'm from the UK and can be found on the Skyblock server most days. Always here to help where I can and always up for a chat. (typing that is... not quite over my phobia of talking using my mouth!!)
 
I can confirm that this has not changed my actual relationship with the almighty ZTolerance... Just means we might use the the server to actually talk to each other

So I've been in a major art block lately, so I doodled this really quick. Hopefully they're be more of these to come!

For those of you who don't know, I live in San Diego, California, where SDCC is held. Well, I went this year!
 
I went as Sakura Katana-Chan, a character from a popular youtube series called "Sugoi Quest for Kokoro". (Yes, it is purposely made to look bad.)

 
Oh, and I met my hero - Rebecca Sugar! When she signed my sketchbook, she drew a little Pearl for me and she told me she liked my art. I still tear up thinking about it.

I need some more ideas for August.  What items do you have in abundance?

I love having the sandstorm challenge back ,always love diamonds.
My personal favorite from the new challenges is shipwrecked for the prismarine rewards.

We hope you enjoyed the temporary challenges we had in June (Seamstress, BottleCollector, GoGreen). You voted and chose to resurrect the SandStorm challenge (from April) permanently. It's been slightly changed, but is now a permanent part of the Special challenges on Skyblock.
For July, we have 3 new temporary challenges:

If anyone was Wondering What Brobe Meant Well Its a Combination of my First and Last Name. First Letter of First name and first 4 Letters of Last Name B = Bailey, robe = Robertson!
 
 
Pickaxes has become a Large part of my Life because their is always someone I can Help and I love doing so. At School I did what we Called the Big Brother/Sister Program or BBSP For Short, which myself and a Group of Others were able to look after a Whole class of Year 8's 2 Times a Week, first for Form Class, and Second for the Lunch Times activities we would organize, this would have gone terrible if we all did not get along with each other and teamwork was a huge deal. It was Amazing because I was always able to Help each one and they loved to see me Show up to their Shows and Activities. So you can see what I am saying here
 
 
Now I am a Builder I love Building Designing and I am never Stopping, Always Building new Things, the only problem is I  hate not have all the materials needed or that I can't Fly, that's why I always play on creative.
 
 
I have 1 Little Annoying pest of a Sister which hates Minecraft, But I always get her to look at the game  She loves Adventure Time But Oh My Glob I am the Adventure Time Fan in this Family And that's just Uuunnnaccccceptaaabllleeeee!!!! He He
 
 
As Most would know I am a Redstoner I just love doing anything Redstone, I try and look at others machines and well I like to improve them be faster or make where they don't break, but I guess I was once at that stage with redstone not a clue how to use it and well I got use to it very quickly. So if you need anything Redstone ASK ME!

Hallo, it's me!
 
I should really start these out with "Dear Diary", but that's lame.  Here's an update on my thoughts:
 
Last time I posted that my main goal with PickAxis atm is growth.  Knowing this doesn't happen on its own, I am becoming more and more dedicated to action towards this goal.
 
Each night I plan to come home from work and spend 2 hours, uninterrupted, working on server stuff.  Then I will allow myself to socialize.  Don't be alarmed if I don't reply to your messages during that time.  I just want to be able to give as much of myself as I can each day.
 
What's the first order of business?  I want to tie up loose ends around the server like finishing spawns and build projects I've started.  This should hopefully be finished by the end of this coming weekend.  After that I am going to focus on making more YouTube videos and streaming.  I can't expect our Ambassadors to do something that I am not.
 
On the side there are a few other projects I would like to take on, but need to prioritize them yet:
Tutorial Island on Skyblock Finish bigger player shop on Survival Find better, additional protection plugin for Survival Plan out leveling progression for the Skygrid server Plan out leveling progression for the Prison server Finish building the Prison server Make some maps for upcoming mini-games Work on the PickAxis wiki Build the new lobby etc., etc., etc. If you would like to help with any of those topics, please let me know.  
 
As you can see, there is a lot to get done and since I don't want to allow failure (see last post), I am doing everything in my power to support the network.  
 
We're already treading into warm waters with our player count goals.  Summer is a fun time to get your friends on PickAxis.  The more people we have on, the more fun it is.
 
Anyway, I need to stop rambling.  If you have more things to add to the list or want to help minimize my list, let me know.
