I'm 30, male, married, all around gamer, and work in a warehouse. Also I live stream and plan to live stream this server. Funny thing is this server was recommended to me from someone on another server after we got to talking for awhile. I explained that I can't seem to find a server that has this and that and the person pointed me to here. So I hopped on and was shocked to see a survival server that actually challenges you to survive! I'm not angry about it but I did facepalm at the fact that so many "survival" servers didn't have mobs, what was I suppose to survive? Boredom? Anyways That's the extent of my intro.

I know a lot of you out there have played Skygrid.
 
We've been planning an epic Skygrid server for a few weeks and have a few more weeks of work before it's released...but before we continue working on it we want to make sure we're taking your thoughts and desires into consideration.  So, please answer these questions below for us:

I'll admit I have no idea what skygrid is, but it does sound like a ton of fun.

We had a feed-the-beast server once upon a time. Then it crashed, and was not able to be recovered. Since then we have not had another. I would love to see another feed-the-beast server, as they are a ton of fun!

Yar har har, ya better hide ya booty before I come and get it.

To current and hopeful new players,
 
I've known several of the Admin, Owner and Players that play here at Pickaxis ( I knew them from another site ) and they truly are good, down to earth, friendly players.  I've only played on Pickaxis for less than a week and I have to say these guys and gals are great people.  I've seen some of the Skyblock Islands for the other players and I have seen some AMAZING builds.  Some creations I had no idea were even possible on Skyblock but sure enough they've done it. 
 
This skyblock is a little different than other skyblock sites I've played on.  It's a challenge for sure and if you choose to play and maybe donate I think you will come to appreciate the challenge that is offered here.  It's taken me a few days to get up and running but I'm well on my way to greatness. (hahahha)
 
So great job and a High Five to Huskergirl and the Admin staff for putting together a wonderful experience.

You probably hit the max mob/chunk limit. There is a maximum mob per chunk limit set to keep down on lag and hostile mob spawns taking over your island.

You must be from the nether, because you are out of this world.
