You can do two things, wait until someone in the group is playing a game and then join their game by clicking the join button, or keep on playing tf2 as normal and let someone else join your game instead. In the future, if the group gets enough active users, we can have organized events where we all join the same server or something. One more thing, it seems like something didn't go through because I'm still the only person in the group try pressing the join button again if it shows up.

I don't know who did the drawings specifically. If you want a drawing of your skin you can ask on the pmc forums under the "requests" sub forum.
