Thank you for all the hard work you guys are putting towards SkyBlock. To anybody unhappy about this announcement, understand that they wouldn't temporarily close off a section of the server unless they felt that it was absolutely necessary. Best of luck everybody!

Lately, SkyBlock has been our primary focus for updates and changes, mostly to improve stability and fix any underlying issues. Over the past few days, you've likely seen quite a few changes we've made to SkyBlock, though we feel that some of these may not have been in the right direction.

At this time, we feel that SkyBlock is not living up to the high quality standards that we've set for PickAxis, and we'll be temporarily whitelisting the SkyBlock server so that we can test some other ideas in a more controlled environment.

Okay, so about me:
I'm 16 years old and a junior in high school. I build/port my own Android roms. They're for the Samsung Galaxy S Relay which is a two year old slider phone. If you happen to have one or just want to check out what I've built so far, you can check it out here. I've been playing Minecraft since beta and have administrated a few different servers over the years. I found out about Pickaxis when the server I had been running got shut down because the owner couldn't afford to keep it up anymore. I saw that Sway had started a new server and promptly joined it because I had been a part of his community before and I had a really positive experience. There are some other links of mine in my sig if you wanna check em' out. I'm not too great at this introduction thing so if you have any questions ask them below or contact me in private.

Chat command shortcuts were added to Creative and SkyBlock last night.  This includes the following:
/w and /m for /msg /g, /l, and /s for their respective chat channels /ls for the player list /colors for a list of color codes

For those unfamiliar with the ptime command, it allows a player to change the time of day he/she sees and does not change the server time.  I think it would be useful on the creative server so you can see how your build appears at different times of day. 

This is something we've already implemented on Survival and SkyWars -- it should be coming to SkyBlock soon. 
 
However, we don't have /t for private messages, as that's used for Towny on Survival.
