Hello and welcome to Pickaxis! When I get my life back in order, you'll see me lurking on Skyblock. Hope to see you there and let me know if you have any questions or need help with anything.

To lock chests on survival, just place a chest. Any chest you place is automatically locked for everyone except you. To allow others to use your chests (and it's been a while, so a survival staff member may have to correct me here) you type /cmodify [playername] to add someone to one of your chests. I hope that helps!

We would like to add pets in the future, but most likely without the combat aspect. It might be possible for pets to battle each other, but probably not to help you fight out in the wild.

 

What are your thoughts on us implementing it this way?

Sounds like a good idea to me! I've never been on a server that had mob pets so it would be completely new and exciting for me.

This is exactly what SkyGrid is!

When you get into the actual world, you spawn on one block and from there you have to jump to all of the other blocks to collect resources AND to clear a space for you to start building. It's like Skyblock, but a bit more dangerous at first. I've died many times in Skygrid trying to jump to a certain block, but I don't have very good aim. I can't wait for it to be ready to play in!
