It's been a busy week here at PickAxis! First and foremost, auctions are now enabled on SkyBlock and Survival! You can use /auc in-game to start an auction. We plan to implement limits on how often players can create auctions in the future, so that everyone gets a fair chance to auction their items, but there are no limitations for alpha. In-game mail can now be sent to other players as well, allowing you to keep in touch with your friends, even when they're not online. To send mail to someone, use /mail send followed by their name and the message you want to send to them. You'll get a notification when you log in if you have new mail, which you can read with /mail read and then empty your inbox with /mail clear. We'll be launching limited time challenges on SkyBlock soon, and we're interested in hearing your ideas for what the first one should be! Let us know in the comments below! I throw a blue turtle shell at Jinx and without fail it knocks him down and steals 2 coins. I race my kart to the top of the hill.

The "M" is for "Middle Lane"....right?

I sweet talk Medusa's sisters, Euryale and Sthene, and make them believe that Medusa's immortality is slowly wrecking the family name and her ugliness is bringing down their clout. I get them to go knock her off her high horse (a.k.a. - The hill Bill called his own) and kill her. I then give Euryale her new purse and Sthene a new chisel and valiantly walk to the the top of the hill. Mine!

I run around so quickly that the Hydra's heads get tangled in a knot and it starts rolling down the hill, taking Nick with it. Then I superglue myself to the top of the hill. Mijn heuvel.

I can't play brass instruments (or never really learned), and my embouchure was never great for oboe (or bass clarinet at the time I tried). I play tenor and alto sax: tenor for jazz and alto in sax quartets...once I learned how to relax my jaw and still get a lot of air out.

That's awesome that you do that!!! I play clarinet, drums, guitar, ukelele, saxophone, piano, kazoo, slap spoon, hand clap, tambourine, shakers, wood block, timpani, xylophone, vibraphone, marimba, concert bass drum, marching cymbals, bells, gong, and others. LOL! My best instrument? Hand clap!

WorldEdit is now available on the PickAxis Creative server! During alpha, it will be available to all players for testing. If you're new to WorldEdit, you can check out their wiki to get started. There is currently a 6000 block limit per edit, and certain blocks cannot be placed with WorldEdit. Additionally, not all WorldEdit features are enabled. _Casanova Let's just say it's really hard to kill one of those while on islands suspended in the sky.

Based on previous Skyblock experiences *cough, _Casanova, cough* we won't enable the creation of wither bosses. We've seen it tear up the world when left unkilled...especially in the island overworld. Keep giving me ideas of what to put in the black market though! I love the ideas I'm reading.

Chat command shortcuts were added to Creative and SkyBlock last night. This includes the following: /w and /m for /msg/g, /l, and /s for their respective chat channels/ls for the player list/colors for a list of color codes

Hello everyone, I'd like to take some time to address some recent issues we've seen on the SkyBlock server and how we'll be addressing them, as well as gather your feedback on changes we'd like to make. Please keep in mind that PickAxis as a whole is still in alpha, and everything is subject to change at this point. Some issues have cropped up regarding island protection, which was enabled yesterday. Unfortunately, this meant having to remove and re-invite players to your party so that they could build on the island again. Some players got stuck in parties or were unable to remove players from their party. We're not aware of a fix for this at the moment. We plan to implement a new custom SkyBlock plugin soon. At this time, the new plugin does not have challenges or island levels. We will, however, be able to keep your islands. We'd like your feedback on whether or not we should make the switch to the new plugin immediately, or wait until these features have been added. Please vote in the poll above (after carefully reading each question -- you can't change your vote later) and feel free to post a reply if you have any questions, concerns, or comments about these changes. Yep, that's it. I could barely fit half of it in that picture. 40 channels + 4 stereo channels, I think we'll be using about 25 of them for this show.

This is something we've already implemented on Survival and SkyWars -- it should be coming to SkyBlock soon. However, we don't have /t for private messages, as that's used for Towny on Survival.
