Armor Stands! /Lock

I think you sould make Armor Stands lockable using /lock,why? Well because i don't want people stealing my armor sets from my stands.

And you don't want the same thing happing to you,dont you?

Yeah imo they should be lockable due to the same reason why chests are.

It doesn't appear to be possible with the chest protection plugin at this time, due to how armor stands are entities, not blocks.  However, Towny should properly protect armor stands, and we're looking into a way to protect areas without needing to be part of a town.
