[Skyblock] Making "/is h" not case sensitive

This is kind of a small suggestion so there's not much to say =P At the moment, "/is h" only works if every letter is lowercase, making quick home teleports difficult if your caps lock happens to be on. I know I, personally have fallen prey to the void many times because of this. I know that the plugin was edited to make it more custom to PickAxis so there is currently some issues with updating it but I hope that this will still be doable nonetheless. Thanks! -
