Please double-check that you're connecting to play.pickaxis.com, and if you're still unable to connect, please PM me a traceroute. On Windows, you can perform a traceroute by opening a command prompt and typing "tracert play.pickaxis.com" (without quotes), then right-click and select "Mark," drag a box around the entire output, and press enter to copy it to the clipboard.
