The next build contest has arrived at PickAxis! Let's all hop to it and build what Easter means to us! After all the hard work that The Easter Bunny puts in to hiding those eggs, let's show him some appreciation with your fabulous building skills!
From now until Midnight on Sunday 23rd April, let your creativity flow! You can hop right into the build contest server (/server buildcontest), claim a plot (/plot auto), build something awesome, then submit it (/plot done) before building ends on the 23rd! We'll announce the winners shortly afterwards.
Check out the loot you can take home from this build contest below:
1st place
30 Coins 2nd place
20 Coins 3rd place
10 Coins And of course, teamwork makes the dream work! Teams can split the prize and glory!
So, there are a few rules we need to cover quickly... First, don't go off and build anything inappropriate or offensive! Such builds will be disqualified and exiled to the bottom of the ocean. The Easter Bunny doesn't visit there. Second, be sure to make the build as creative as possible! Finally, be sure to submit your plot with /plot done when you're finished, so that we can find it for judging! Oh, and we'll be judging based on creativity, originality, and design.
So, what are you waiting for?! Get out there and build something awesome!

Also if your build has any interactions, routes, tasks that could be missed please leave a sign at the entrance to your plot. Judges don't want to miss any special element that you have in your build.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to wish every member of the pickaxis family a very happy Christmas! 
I hope you get lots of gifts, but also remember Christmas isn't just about getting stuff. Spare a thought this Christmas for those that are not so fortunate.

My Fellow Pickaxians, 
The time has come for us to celebrate the independence of diamonds, cobble and zombie flesh, well drop them from above.
There will be a weekend packed with events that will of course include our famous drop parties on both Skyblock and Survival, we know how much you love them!
The times and dates will be:
Skyblock drop party - Saturday 2nd July - 10pm (BST)  5pm (ET) 3pm (MDT) 9am (NZST)
Survival Drop Party - Sunday 3rd July - 10pm (BST) 5pm (ET) 3pm (MDT) 9am (NZST)
Other times for games and events will be announced shortly.
Now for your job:
We need donations. The more we have the longer the party will be! The more stackable items the longer the party will be.

I could see this being a cool voting perk actually. That way you could save some exp to store in-case you die, or want to give some to a friend.

what made my holiday special is being able to spend my time here with yall and time with my family. Also my purchase of a headset and lastly  the gifts i got to go pick out myself this year for my family ^-^

The hope of getting an apartment and being able to live with my wife once more! So... hope was what made my holiday special. ^.^
