We're going to handle staff applications a bit differently when we open them in the future. You'll be able to register your interest to become staff, and we'll review the list of interested players from time to time when we're ready to bring more people on-board as staff. We don't plan to have any lengthy questions in this, as we'll ultimately be evaluating players who are interested based on their actions and history in the community. -

You can add people to your plot using ./plotme add playername but keep in mind this does give them full access to your plot, so only do it to people you trust. If you'd like to remove a person you may use ./plotme remove playername -

You are not the only one, the mojang login and session servers are down for maintenance, it has nothing to do with out server, when Mojang has its servers up you will be able to join. At the moment, no one can join any server which utilizes Mojangs authentication servers. You can check at http://xpaw.ru/mcstatus/ or directly from Mojang at https://help.mojang.com for when the servers are up.
