Use tiny pic to browse for the screenshot and when u find it upload and copy the code for the option. For example

Hit browse, Find the screenshot and select it. After you select it then click upload now. After you do that youll come to a page like this.

When you get there copy the forums text. (All of it) and then paste it on the forum post. :3
